FAQs
Important answers about our admissions support, fees, and process.
What makes your consultancy different?
For the past 7 years, we have supported students from multiple countries in successfully starting their journey to studying in Germany.
Having originally come to Germany as students ourselves and now living here for over 10 years, we understand both the academic process and the practical realities of building a life here.
What exactly does your service include?
Our service covers the complete process from university selection and applications to visa preparation and guidance after arriving in Germany. We help with university shortlisting, applications, CV and SOP guidance, visa preparation, and practical steps for settling in Germany.
Do you support students after they arrive in Germany?
Yes. Our support continues even after you arrive. We guide you through important steps such as SIM cards, bank accounts, address registration, and starting your university semester smoothly.
How do you select universities for me?
We evaluate your academic background, qualifications, and career goals to identify programs where you meet the eligibility requirements and have strong chances of admission.
Do you help with the Statement of Purpose and CV?
Yes. We guide you in preparing a strong CV and Statement of Purpose and help refine them so they present your profile clearly and effectively to universities.
What happens if I do not receive admission in the first intake?
In the unlikely event that admission does not work out in the first intake, we continue supporting you in the following intake at no additional consultancy cost.
Can admission be guaranteed?
No consultant can guarantee admission. What we can do is help you apply strategically and submit stronger applications to improve your chances.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Our consultancy fee is €999 and covers our services only. There are no hidden consultancy charges.
What other costs should I expect when applying to Germany?
Students must pay certain official fees. These typically include Uni-Assist fees, university semester contributions, blocked account deposits, health insurance, and visa application fees.
Why do students still pay Uni-Assist fees?
Uni-Assist is an independent application processing platform used by many German universities. Its fees are paid directly by students and are separate from consultancy fees.
Why should I use a consultant?
The Germany application process can be confusing and time-sensitive. A consultant helps you avoid mistakes, choose suitable universities, and manage the process properly.
When should I start the process?
Ideally 3 to 12 months before your intended intake, so you have enough time for shortlisting, documents, applications, and visa preparation.
